1. How to pay for the order?
Generally, TT is preferred: 30% deposit and 70% before shipment. L/C at sight is acceptable but not suggested due to high bank charges. 100% TT in advance is recommended for small amounts or spare parts.
2. How to place an order?
Both online and offline orders are acceptable. We suggest placing online orders with Trade Assurance to ensure full protection for your transaction.
3. What kind of packaging is used?
We use fumigation-free wooden cases to protect the machines from any potential damage during long-distance delivery.
4. What is the standard lead time?
Lead time is approximately 1 week for sample models and 2~3 weeks for customized models. Mass production timing depends on the order volume.
5. What should we do if there are technical problems?
You can refer to the Operation Instructions or contact our 24-hour service hotline. Our engineers are also available for overseas service if necessary.
6. Do I need special technical skills to operate the machine?
Basic technical skills are required. We strongly recommend reading the Operation Instruction carefully. We also provide online and onsite technical training when needed.
