The system compresses glue into the feed pipe connected to the Piston Chamber using air pressure. During the upstroke, the chamber fills with glue; during the downstroke, glue is extruded through the needle nozzle.
Precision Control: The dispensing amount is determined by the specific distance of the piston downstroke, which can be manually adjusted or program-set. This significantly improves dispensing speed, environment, and quality.
