Double Planetary Mixer consists of a low-speed agitator and a high-speed disperser. It provides excellent mixing, reacting, dispersing, and dissolving effects, making it especially suitable for solid-liquid and liquid-liquid phase processing. Its super-strong output torque is ideal for high-viscosity products such as adhesives, silicone, and Lithium battery slurry.
The equipment features a scraper to ensure no dead corners or residues at the bottom of the tank. It can be integrated with extrusion devices and sliding rails for efficient mixing and discharging operations.
