Planetary mixer is a new highly efficient mixing equipment without dead spots. The agitator runs around the kettle axis while rotating around its own axis at different speeds, causing material to crash intricately through shear and friction. The automatic scraper removes material from the kettle walls to enhance the mixing effect.

Can you provide the product formula?
Our machines are used for diverse products (Resin, Paint, Adhesive, etc.). While we cannot know every specific formula, we can assist in finding the raw material list and provide engineering guidance on production processes after an order is placed.
Do you have machines in stock?
We maintain stock for small-scale machines. Most large-scale equipment is custom-designed based on specific customer requirements and technical parameters, then shipped immediately after passing QC.
Can I see detailed drawings before placing an order?
We can provide draft drawings initially. Detailed engineering drawings are produced and sent for your confirmation after the order is placed and the deposit is received.
Why is the production time at least 20 days?
The process involves design, material sourcing, welding, polishing, assembly, and rigorous debugging. We ensure every part is 100% approved before the machine leaves our facility.
How is quality verified before shipment?
Once the machine is finished, we perform full installation and testing. We can record a video of the test run for your review to ensure everything is operating perfectly before shipping.
What materials can this mixer process?
It is ideal for high-viscosity preparations including ink, paint, adhesives, sealants, plastic ointments, grease, and food additives.
