This small 20m3/h HBT20 mini concrete mixer pump machine is an ideal solution for construction projects involving water conservancy, electricity, railway, highway, tunnels, and mines. It features high efficiency and a reliable hydraulic transmission system.
Equipped with world-class hydraulic oil pumps (Rexroth or Kawasaki). The unique open hydraulic system and cushion technology ensure smaller exchange impact and reduced system heat, guaranteeing long-term reliability.
Uses PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) with components from Schneider, Siemens, and OMRON. Features include manual operation, wireless remote control, and an intelligent 8-digital pumping timer with automatic trouble monitoring.
Patented central automatic lubrication system with a piston grease-pump ensures double protection. The compulsory air-cooled heat exchanger keeps hydraulic oil below 60°C for optimal performance.
